Robocop and his robotized partner, Cable are trapped inside Delta City’s control headquarters, but the only way out will obliterate one of them. They must shut down the all-powerful computer with a massive electromagnetic pulse that will destroy any cyborg who detonates it. The two best friends say their good-byes, as Cable insists on taking this suicide mission in order to spare Robocop.
